This audience includes people who influence purchasing decisions for payroll services and software. Members of this audience either work in corporate functions such as accounting and human resources, or they own small businesses that require payroll services. They use web and social media resources to learn about payroll rules and regulations, integrations to their accounting software, ease of use, service pricing and other factors that influence decision making. This is mostly a business-to-business (B2B) audience.
We analyzed Google Analytics accounts with millions of users to compile this dataset.
Our data set covers January 2020 to November 2021.
